Cat over grooming Resulting in Bald Spot

Cat face and paws have muscle spasms, stupor or some kind of mild seizure?
My 2 year old cat ruby has or is recovered from hepatitis and she's doing a lot better now but i noticed that i her sleep her body goes limp and her face and paws have muscle spasms. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if that's normal or not. I don't have money to take her to the vet.
