I'm very worried about my brothers cat. She started to roll around slowly side by side and yowling, she looks uncomfortable. Pls, tell me whats wrong with her..😰😰 Im panicking inside right now😭😭

I'm sorry to hear this, but there's absolutely no way for me to be able to tell you what is wrong with her with such limited information. What you're describing is not specific for any condition. It does sound like she may be in significant discomfort, but there can be many reasons for that. You need to have your brother get her into a veterinarian's office for a physical exam.
