Hello! Earlier today I sent my partner to buy our cat litter, which is usually Fresh step crystal litter, but unfortunately was out of stock and came back with Ever clean super premium Crystals. They had trouble ringing up the bag saying it wasn’t even in their system which was very weird. I then attempted to look up reviews and see if it was similar enough for my cat to use but nothing comes up, it’s as if the product doesn’t even exist. So now im worried of even using it. Please help and thank you!

I can't find any specific information searching the name on the bag but I have found a similar product that Ever Clean have; Multi-Crystals | Ever Clean UK (ever-clean.co.uk). It may be that they've renamed their crystal litter or it could be a new product.
We've previously reviewed other products from Ever Clean; Unbiased Ever Clean Litter Review 2023 - Cats.com and had no concerns about the safety of the litter. Their litters seemed to be of good quality and they appear to be a reputable company.

Hi Taylor, to jump off of what Aisling shared, this is a really curious question! According to a representative, they do have a record of producing an Ever Clean Crystals product, which is available in an 8-lb bag, although I also haven't been able to find it online. The representative said that you may be able to learn more by sharing the barcode with them, which you can do by submitting a message via their contact form or calling 1-800-777-2441.
