Hi Katrina! I've taken a quick look at Seriously Good wet cat food and here are my thoughts:

Overall, Seriously Good wet cat food appears to be a pretty good option. The recipes are protein-packed and high in moisture, which is great. I'd prefer to see animal-sourced fat over sunflower oil, but plant oils are pretty common in cat food. The tapioca starch doesn't contribute much in the way of nutrition and is probably used to thicken/texturize the product, so not too big a deal.

Converting the nutrient analysis for Chicken a la Carte Jelly to dry matter, it looks like the food contains about 79% protein, 10.5% fat, 0.5% fiber, and under 5% carbohydrate. That's pretty solid. Some of the other recipes contain nutrient-rich organ meats (like Gourmet Stew), which helps reduce the reliance on synthetic supplements.

In general, I'd recommend the chicken versus the fish recipes if you're looking for a staple diet. I like the Chicken Breast Stew best for its inclusion of organ meats. It looks like the food is all nutritionally complete and balanced, though, so you could rotate different flavors if your cat isn't picky.

Hope that helps!

- Kate
