Cat Loves to Ride Motorbikes

Have you ever seen a cat on a motorbike? This couple started out with a dislike of cats, but now they bring their cat everywhere, from the beach to the mountains and even out shopping!

Mister Puss (also affectionately known as Pancake Face) has especially taken a liking to riding on their motorbike with them. He loves feeling the wind on his face and perching cutely on his dad’s shoulder.

They planned to adopt a puppy

It began when the couple’s friend invited them to come and meet her neighbor’s puppies, thinking that they may want to adopt one. The neighbor, who lived in a secluded area in Bali, had both puppies and kittens available.

To everyone’s surprise, a vocal, three-month-old kitten caught their eye instead. Mister Puss’ dad fell in love when he saw him. His mom thought he was adorable and loved his soft fur. They immediately knew that adopting him was the right move. “This is our baby,” his mom said.

The cat who rides a motorbike

Mister Puss was adopted young and has grown to have a strong trust in his parents. This makes him much more open to adventures, such as riding on their motorbike with them.

While he normally rides in a cat backpack, he also sometimes rides on his dad’s shoulder or on a cushion in front of him. As he spent more time on the bike, he got more brave and eventually would sit on his cushion, completely relaxed.

He seems to enjoy riding with his parents and the feel of the wind blowing on his fur.

“He’s our soulmate”

Now, Mister Puss’ parents bring him everywhere. He goes hiking, climbs mountains, and walks on the beach. He’s even been to the spa, where he crawled around on the floor while his parents got a massage.

When they need him to come to their side, his parents either call his name or offer “yum yums” to catch his attention. Who doesn’t want a snack after a big adventure?

At home, Mister Puss likes sitting by his dad while he works. He has a sassy, bossy personality, even toward big dogs–who are typically afraid of him! His parents also say that he’s humanlike in that he understands boundaries well, and when they’re having a bad day, he’s always there to comfort them.

When he sees his leash, he goes right to the door, ready for his next outing. He’s super curious and enjoys exploring the world. Like all cats, he also enjoys chasing and hunting.

He ended up a perfect fit for his parents, who also love adventuring and spending time in nature. Despite initially wanting a dog, they feel lucky to have found him instead because now, they can’t imagine life without him. “He’s our soulmate,” his mom says.

It just goes to show that you never know who might come into your life and completely change your world. Life is constantly surprising us!
