Teddy is a retriever in a cat’s body. He loves to play fetch and wakes his mom up by bringing her things from around the house. His collection has included medication bottles from the nightstand, clogs from the sink, and even floor vents!
“This happens at like two in the morning, and I don’t know what to do with these objects,” his mom says, while telling us all about Teddy and his equally-strange brother, Bunny.
A Silly Companion

Teddy’s mom adopted him while she was in school to become a physician’s assistant. She was spending all of her time cooped up in her room studying, and she wanted a cuddle buddy.
After looking into cat breeds, she decided to adopt a Ragdoll, because they’re known for being docile and cuddly. Teddy ended up being the opposite, which was a pleasant surprise.
While Teddy does like his snuggles, he’s also smart, funny, and loves to get into things around the house. He tries to open closets, he climbs around in the kitchen cabinets, and he loves gathering “treasure” to show off to his mom!
Two Peas in a Pod

Teddy’s mom had a roommate with a Cornish Rex cat named Kyle, and she fell in love with the breed. When she moved back home, she knew she wanted “her own Kyle,” so she adopted Bunny!
In her words, Bunny is a menace. He’s a weird cat who knows how to open doors, likes to chase the broom while she’s sweeping, and can’t stand to be alone for a single moment.
While she was taking class on Zoom, Bunny would sit in her lap and stare into the camera for long stretches of time. Most people aren’t familiar with Cornish Rex cats, so it was a unique experience for her classmates!
In addition to his strange appearance and personality quirks, Bunny also loves to rile up the other animals in the house. This includes Snickers, a senior dog who he tries to play a little too rough with! Bunny seems to have the zoomies 24/7, and although he’s the smallest pet in the house, he’s also the feistiest.
Teddy wasn’t a fan of Bunny from the start, but he warmed up quickly. For three days, he watched him from afar, looking skeptical about having a new cat in the house.
Then, one day, their mom walked downstairs to see them snuggled up together. Ever since then, the boys are inseparable.
They’re best friends, and they’ve become their mom’s entire world. She was lonely in school and didn’t want studying to take up her entire life. Having cats to keep her company was a huge help, and they also gave her something to focus on when she wasn’t working.
Her whole personality isn’t school. “It’s Teddy and Bunny, now!”
