Why Trust Cats.com

Our cat food brand reviews combine in-depth research and real-world testing with years of experience engaging with the cat food industry. We strive to present an unbiased evaluation of each brand and its products while sharing our personal observations and the results of in-home testing with our own cats. The goal is to help readers like you decide for themselves whether the brand is a good fit for your needs.

To write this review, I first spent some time delving into the history of the product line and exploring customer reviews to see what other pet parents have to say about it. From there, I put the foods to the test with my two cats, Munchkin and Biscuit, taking note of their response to the food while I evaluated it on its nutritional merits.

Throughout the testing process, I drew on my experience testing and reviewing other Weruva cat foods to determine what makes the Pamper Like Paris product line different.

About Pamper Like Paris

If you think your cat deserves an upgrade to celebrity status at mealtime, consider making the switch to Weruva’s new line of cat food, Pamper Like Paris. Created in partnership with American media personality, Paris Hilton, this product line was launched in February 2025. Its release came on the heels of Hilton’s pet grooming line of the same name, launched in November 2024.

The Pamper Like Paris product line is one of several under the Weruva umbrella. Weruva, founded in 2006 by David and Stacie Forman, specializes in limited-ingredient, high-moisture pet foods free from artificial additives and animal by-products.

Pamper Like Paris features protein-rich wet food recipes for cats and dogs designed to appeal to picky eaters. The meat-first formulas are marketed toward pet parents who want to give their furry friends the best in terms of ingredients, flavor, and nutrition.

Sourcing and Manufacturing

While Weruva remains a family-owned company, it outsources manufacturing of its products to partner facilities. All of Weruva’s wet foods, including the Pamper Like Paris product line, are made in Thailand.

Weruva doesn’t offer specific details regarding the sourcing of ingredients for the Pamper Like Paris line. It stands to reason, then, that this product line uses the same ingredients as other Weruva products. According to the brand’s FAQs, Weruva’s chicken is sourced from Thailand, beef from Australia or New Zealand, and fish is primarily wild-caught.

Recall History

The Pamper Like Paris brand is still very new, as of summer 2025, and has not been implicated in any product recalls. Weruva, as a whole, is relatively recall-free. The only product recall on record is from 2017 in which a recipe from the Best Feline Friends (BFF) line was recalled in Australia due to low levels of thiamine.

What Kinds of Cat Food Does Pamper Like Paris Offer?

Pamper Like Paris offers a limited selection of wet food recipes for dogs and cats. While the dog food products are sold in cups, the cat food products come in 2.47-ounce cans. There are currently eight different cat food recipes to choose from.

All Pamper Like Paris cat foods are moisture-rich and packed with animal protein. Most recipes rely on chicken, tuna, salmon, or beef as the primary ingredients with low levels of added fat, carbohydrate, and supplements to ensure balanced nutrition.

Here’s a list of the recipes currently available:

  • Chicken Breast Dinner in Gravy
  • Tuna Dinner in Gravy
  • Salmon and Tuna Dinner in Gravy
  • Tuna, Beef, and Salmon Dinner in Gravy
  • Chicken Breast Dinner in a Hydrating Puree
  • Chicken and Salmon Dinner in a Hydrating Puree
  • Tuna and Salmon Dinner in a Hydrating Puree
  • Chicken and Beef Dinner in a Hydrating Puree

When shopping for Pamper Like Paris cat foods, you can purchase them in 12-can cases of a single recipe or as part of a variety pack. Pamper Like Paris offers two variety packs, each containing four different recipes that share the same texture: pate or gravy.

What Did Our Test Cats Think?

Pamper Like Paris Cat Food

Kate Barrington / Cats.com

To test Pamper Like Paris cat food, I ordered both of the variety packs so I could sample all eight recipes. Both of my cats liked the food but Biscuit was particularly excited about it. She tends to prefer shredded or chunky foods while Munchkin likes pate, so I appreciated that both options were available.

Overall, I was impressed with Pamper Like Paris and my cats seemed to be, too. I liked that the pate was very soft and high in moisture, making it easy to scoop and serve. The texture of the recipes in gravy varied depending on the recipe, some being shredded and others being chunky. I did think the “gravy” was a little thin, more like a broth, but it wasn’t a problem for my cats.

#1 Pamper Like Paris Chicken Breast Dinner in Gravy Wet Cat Food

Pamper Like Paris Chicken Breast Dinner in Gravy Wet Cat Food

Made with a single source of animal protein, this chicken-based wet cat food is full of hydrating moisture. It’s also a limited-ingredient recipe which could be appropriate for cats with sensitivities to other proteins, though there may be some cross-contamination with fish due to Weruva’s shared processing equipment.

This Pamper Like Paris cat food contains about 57% protein and 10% fat, both measured as dry matter. If you’re looking for a low-calorie way to boost your cat’s protein intake, this recipe could be a good choice. Just keep in mind that the low caloric density means your cat may need large portions to meet their energy requirements if you’re using it as a staple diet.

My cats enjoyed this recipe—especially the gravy. The food’s texture is very similar to shredded chicken which makes it pretty easy to eat, though the gravy was a little more watery than I expected.

#2 Pamper Like Paris Salmon and Tuna Dinner in Gravy Wet Cat Food

Pamper Like Paris Salmon and Tuna Dinner in Gravy Wet Cat Food

In contrast to the previous recipe, this Pamper Like Paris formula is chicken-free. It’s a fish-based formula featuring salmon, mackerel, and tuna as the main ingredients. There’s a little tapioca starch to help thicken the gravy and sunflower oil is the only source of added fat.

The nutritional breakdown of this recipe is very similar to the previous recipe. It contains 57% protein, 10% fat, and 4.6% fiber measured as dry matter. The carbohydrate content of this recipe is negligible, making it an easily digestible recipe for many cats.

My cats also liked this recipe, especially Munchkin who tends to prefer fish over chicken. She liked the gravy but didn’t eat all the pieces of fish, however. If your cat doesn’t like shredded or chunky foods, one of Pamper Like Paris’ pate formulas might be a better fit.

#3 Pamper Like Paris Chicken and Beef Dinner in a Hydrating Puree Wet Cat Food

Pamper Like Paris Chicken and Beef Dinner in a Hydrating Puree Wet Cat Food

As one of Pamper Like Paris’ pate-style wet foods, this formula had a much smoother texture than the previous two recipes. It’s a little higher in moisture and fiber but otherwise similar in terms of its nutritional breakdown.

Though marketed as a chicken and beef dinner, this recipe also contains tuna, so it isn’t fish-free. It contains about 59% protein and 11% fat with lots of moisture and very low carbohydrate content. Like all Pamper Like Paris recipes, the formula is free from artificial additives but does contain a little added starch and relies on plant-based added fat (versus a more preferable animal-sourced fat like chicken fat or fish oil).

My cats really enjoyed this recipe, possibly because it was so easy for them to eat. I didn’t have to add water to loosen the texture like I do with some pates, and they seemed to like the combination of chicken and beef flavors.

The majority of Weruva’s cat foods carry a 4-star average or higher (out of 5 stars) on Chewy. Positive Reviews

Pet parents who review Pamper Like Paris cat food positively frequently comment on the simple, no-nonsense recipes and high-quality ingredients. Several customers noted that the food looks homemade and reported that their cats loved it.

“This is the freshest looking (and smelling) canned cat food I’ve ever used. It looks like real fish pieces in a gravy. The can is appropriately sized for a single portion for an adult cat. My cat can be picky with canned food and sometimes will just drink the gravy and leave the “pieces”, but not with this.” – Christy reviewing Pamper Like Paris Salmon & Tuna Dinner on Chewy, March 9, 2025

“Beautiful shreds and broth! Looks and smells good enough for us to eat. Our mainecoons and domestic short haired cats ALL love the broth & 4 of 6 love the shreds. The only thing I would change is to add a little more shreds to the cans as they weren’t very full.” – Mainecoon Mama reviewing Pamper Like Paris Chicken Breast Dinner on Chewy, January 30, 2025

Negative Reviews

There weren’t many negative ratings for Pamper Like Paris available at the time of this review but a few pet parents said their cats simply didn’t like it—even after seeming intrigued by the smell of the food.

“After reading the reviews, I was excited to give this food to my 3 cats. They are definitely not a fan. Not one of them would eat it.” – Sandra reviewing Pamper Like Paris Chicken & Beef Dinner on Chewy, March 28, 2025

“It’s a shredded texture & the first time my 6 month plus kittens tried this texture. They were excited about it & seemed to like the smell of it, as you can see from the picture. Unfortunately I’m not sure if they didn’t like the texture or the taste but after a lick or two they both walked away.” – MomtoChaosandHobbes reviewing Pamper Like Paris Chicken Breast Dinner on Chewy, January 28, 2025

How Much Does Pamper Like Paris Cat Food Cost?

Pricing for Pamper Like Paris cat food varies depending where you buy. On Weruva’s website, all eight cat food recipes are sold in 12-packs of 2.47-ounce cans for $17.88. If you shop on Chewy or Amazon, prices vary slightly by recipe.

Generally speaking, Pamper Like Paris wet cat food costs about $0.60 per ounce. If you have a 10-pound cat, the average daily cost to feed them Pamper Like Paris cat food would be about $6.75. These formulas have low caloric density, so your cat may need to eat multiple cans per day to meet their energy requirements.

Where Is Pamper Like Paris Cat Food Sold?

While Weruva cat food products are widely sold, the Pamper Like Paris product line may have limited availability. You can purchase the entire product line on Weruva’s website or use the company’s store locator to browse local retailers, narrowing your search by product line.

Outside of Weruva’s website, you can purchase Pamper Like Paris cat food online from Chewy and Amazon. Both PetSmart and Petco carry the food online and in-stores, as well as other regional retailers like Pet Supplies Plus and Pet Supermarket.

Overall, Is Pamper Like Paris Cat Food a Good Choice?

While there’s not much to complain about regarding the quality of Pamper Like Paris cat food, it can be expensive as a staple diet. Most recipes feature chicken or fish, so their caloric density is fairly low. This means your cat may need to eat more of this food to meet their daily energy requirements than they would with a more calorie-dense recipe.

If you’re not working with budgetary restraints, Pamper Like Paris could be a good choice. Otherwise, consider rotating it with other recipes. We also recommend rotating the fish-based recipes with other formulas to minimize your cat’s potential exposure to mercury.

A final point to keep in mind is that, like other Weruva cat foods, Pamper Like Paris may not be ideal for cats with allergies to chicken or fish. Even the fish-based recipes are likely to be cross-contaminated with chicken (and vice versa) due to shared processing equipment.
